Concerto di Immacolato Concetto

Concerto di Immacolato Concetto

The Big Man (Beethoven) listens with his Big marble ears.

The Big Man suffers with his Big heart in marble.

The Big Man thinks with his Big marble brain.

The little men in flesh play their small wooden and brass instruments with great commitment.

Waiting for the Great man to become flesh too, like them.

To hang him on their little wooden and brass tools.

Planted on nine (like the Symphonies) fields of beets (Van Beethoven means in Old Flemish “From the field of beets”).
