Vergine e sant’Anna

Vergine e sant’Anna

Inspired by the cartoon admired by everyone in Florence in 1500, the graffiti represents the love of two mothers. The Madonna wants to save her son by removing him from John, often represented as a lamb and for this symbol of sacrifice, in an attempt to save him in the future. But the love of Anna, Mary’s mother, takes away all guilt from her daughter and points to the sky. It is God who wants it.
